Wash Club Terms + Conditions

• Wash Club memberships are for personal use and are limited to one registered vehicle per membership.
• Commercial vehicles, taxis, limousines, fleets, and vehicles used for app-based or paid driving services are not eligible for standard Wash Club memberships. Visit our Fleet Program page for commercial options.
• Each member receives a unique RFID tag installed on the vehicle’s windshield by a Valet Auto Wash crew member. Tags may not be shared between vehicles or tampered with. Tampering will result in membership cancellation.
• Vehicle changes and tag replacements must be handled by an authorized Valet Auto Wash crew member.
• Memberships cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, or gift cards unless expressly permitted by the applicable offer terms.

• Monthly memberships renew automatically and are charged to the payment method on file on the scheduled billing date.
• Members must cancel before their next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge.
• Cancel anytime by emailing members@valetwash.com at least 7 days before your re-bill date or visit our Manage Membership page to cancel.
• Once cancellation is processed, membership access continues through the end of the current paid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be made.
• If payment is declined, membership access may become inactive until payment is successfully processed. Updating your payment method alone may not reactivate your membership.
• Monthly rates may be increased, notice will be posted at each site at least 30 days in advance.

• Prepaid 90-day and annual memberships are paid in full at purchase and do not automatically renew.
• Prepaid memberships are non-cancelable and non-refundable after purchase.
• Prepaid memberships cannot be changed to another plan after purchase.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for unused washes, partial membership periods, or days when a location is closed.
• Gift memberships activate when redeemed and are subject to the terms applicable to the selected plan.

• Services may be unavailable or interrupted due to inclement weather, wet or unsafe road conditions, equipment maintenance, repairs, holidays, store upgrades, or other operational needs.
• Valet Auto Wash reserves the right to delay opening, temporarily suspend operations, or close any location when necessary for safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.
• Weather and location updates are available at valetwash.com.

Valet Auto Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Wash Club program or an individual membership for legitimate business, operational, safety, or policy-enforcement reasons.

Memberships may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms & Conditions, including unauthorized tag use, tampering, misuse of membership benefits, or failure to follow posted safety rules.
