Is the Program Really Unlimited?
Yes it is completely unlimited! With our Wash Club Program you may wash one personal vehicle unlimited times for a low monthly price. If birds always seem to target your car or there is always a box of cheerios spilled in your backseat this is the program for you!
How do I pay for my membership?
Each month, on the anniversary date of your club enrollment a charge will be made to the credit card designated during the enrollment process. You can sign up at any pay station and our staff will install your wash club sticker before going through the wash tunnel.
Can I use my pass at any location?
Yes! Life in your car can get messy. So we make it a little easier by creating a club that allows you to wash without limits, feeling fresh and clean every single day.

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused or partial periods including days the wash is closed.
Terms & Conditions
- For personal use only. No commercial use, no taxis, limos fleets, app based or paid for driving service is eligible. For commercial plans please explore our fleet program.
- This program cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts
- All members will receive a tag to identify their vehicle, tags are placed on the windshield and cannot be shared between multiple vehicles.
- Cancel anytime by stopping in the lobby or Manage Your Membership Here.
- All Membership Services may not be available due to weather or maintenance. Wash is generally closed when roads are wet.
- I understand that monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.

Yes! All membership passes can be used at any Valet Auto Wash location. Some services such as our Interior Valet Service and the Brilliance Wax Tunnel are only available at select locations and open during select hours. All locations offer free use of vacuums and towels. Depending on your membership of choice, you can pay automatically each month as a recurring charge with a card on file or pay a 90 day or annual one time fee.

Yes, you can change your wash plan to any of our 5 wash club membership options. Simply visit our Manage Membership page to change your plan.

Give the gift of clean with unlimited washing membership options! We offer several 90 day or annual wash club gift options that are available for purchase at any location lobby or online at valetwash.com. Best of all the plan doesn’t activate until the gift membership is redeemed!
In order to receive a new membership pass for a new vehicle simply stop in the lobby during normal business hours. Don’t worry about removing your membership pass, a crew member will deactivate your old membership pass and install a new membership pass in the new vehicle.
You must cancel your account before your rebill date to avoid being charged for your monthly subscription. Cancel anytime online by visiting our Manage Membership page or at least 7 days prior to your re-bill date by email members@valetwash.com. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused or partial periods including days the wash is closed. Once a cancellation is processed you will be able to wash until the end of your billing month and you will not be billed anymore going forward.
